The Cobblestone Cottage is an intimate European tea house looking for a reliable kitchen assistant. You will help make and bake our menu items alongside staff and Chef. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions well is a key skill for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation, including chopping, cutting, and peeling ingredients
• Help with cooking and baking tasks as directed by Chef
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
• Assist in receiving and storing food supplies and ingredients safely and securely
• Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of food
• Clean up task at the end of the day consists of sweeping, mopping, wiping down counters, and/or washing dishes

Pay: $11.25 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 – 16 per week
