POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Principal/Account Manager’s primary role is to drive top-line account growth in alignment with enterprise goals and identify ways that we might increase our impact within an agency/organization. To support business stability, the Principal/Account Manager partners with business leaders and project leaders to ensure that the client and staff experience is enhanced as their business portfolio grows in size and scope. The Principal/Account Manager is accountable for their assigned account growth goals and the talent experience within the associated account. The Principal/Account Manager designs, allocates resources, and sets strategic direction for projects and programs. This individual is expected to advise consultants on project work/deliverables and guide project work by using proven methodologies and frameworks. With the Senior Leadership team, the Principal/Account Manager creates a culture of learning that drives individual and organizational development. The Principal/Account Manager reports to the Tier Lead from a scaling and risk perspective and to the Solution Designer for growth and quality/customer value through delivery and proposals.

While performing duties of this job, an employee may be required to perform any, or all of the following: Attend meetings in and out of the office, travel (sometimes extensively); Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand; Communicate effectively (both orally and in writing); Ability to effectively use computers and other electronic and standard office equipment; Occasionally exerting up to 10 pounds to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Work is primarily sedentary and involves sitting for several hours at a time. Occasionally walking, climbing stairs, and standing occur in this role. Additionally, this job requires certain mental demands, including the ability to use judgment, withstand moderate amounts of stress and maintain attention to detail.
