Claiborne Senior Living is hiring PRN LPN's to travel between our Baton Rouge and Thibodaux communities. We are offering competitive pay with great benefits. LPN (Duties)

• Responsible for providing clinical leadership and nursing care to meet the needs of the residents.
• Provides direct oversight to direct care staff and ensures completion of tasks.
• Charts on residents, manages and administers medication.
• Performs other duties consistent with position as assigned.

LPN(Qualifications)

• Must have current license as an LPN in the state of employment
• Two years of experience in Assisted Living or Dementia Care (preferred)
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Experience working with an electronic health record system
