Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources/Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a Human Resources/Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions and processing bi-weekly payroll. This is a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including completing new hire orientations and completing reference checks
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Process payroll and benefits administration, including managing timekeeping systems, calculating hours worked, and addressing employee inquiries
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
- Previous experience in human resources or related field preferred
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
