The Children's Courtyard is Hiring a Preschool Manager Near Fort Worth, TX
The Preschool Manager is trusted with a wide range of tasks that will be essential to the smooth running of the child care center as well as to the educational development of the children. As a Preschool Manager, parents, teachers, and your Director will look to you for answers, direction, and assistance. In the Director’s absence, the Preschool Manager has sole responsibility for the school.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accountable! Ensure the school operates in accordance with company and state licensing standards.
- Responsible! Foster an educational, caring, safe environment for the children and parents. Ensure that school curriculum is appropriately implemented in the classrooms assigned to the Preschool Manager.
- Creative! Spark imagination, build self-esteem, and help children discover new things each day.
- Positive! Promote the positive image of the company, help build enrollment and play a key role in making the company a provider of choice for the communities we serve.
- Communicate! Develops and actively maintains positive communication with parents.
- Team-oriented! Assist with recruitment, selection, training, and retention of quality staff.
- Dedicated! Help achieve profitability for the company.
Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Previous leadership experience and at least 2 years of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
- CDA, Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
Willingness to attain state mandated Director requirements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
