At The Child Center of NY, we also provide in-house training to help you realize your clinical goals and progress towards supervision and program leadership, including qualifying supervision hours towards LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, and LCSW-R credentialing.
$3,000 Sign-on and Retention Bonus for full-time Licensed Social Workers, sign-on bonus payable as $1,000 at time of hire, $1,000 at passing of probation, and $1,000 at one-year anniversary date.

Compensation:

The Child Center of NY offers competitive salaries and rewards clinicians for performance. Therapists in our clinics are eligible for a lucrative performance incentive, often ranging from $5,000 to $20,000 incentives per year in additional earnings based on individual clinician performance.

Flexibility:

The Child Center of NY has locations throughout NYC, as well as remote and hybrid options. As long as you are licensed to deliver services in New York State, there is a therapeutic role here for you. Fee-for-service per-diem employment options are also available for LCSW, LCSW-R, LMSW, and LMHC. Remote, work from home options are also available. Options also available for MSW and MHC that are looking to begin their careers and receive supervision and assistance towards licensure.

Do you generally work a per-diem job outside of your regular full-time job to earn extra income? At The Child Center of NY, there's no need to work for a separate agency for the fee-for-service role because you can simply take on extra clients and be compensated for extra those services through our incentive program at an amount greater than traditional per-diem rates.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Social Worker is responsible for providing individual and group counseling and direct service to children, teens, adults, and families. This position allows for clinical experience working with a diverse population, often in a bilingual setting. Services include screening and assessment, treatment planning, provision of counseling/psychotherapy and crisis intervention.
