Location: Los Angeles, CA

Salary: $250K - $275K

Bonus: 20% target: varies based on performance and budget achievement

Benefits: Medical, dental and vision insurance – Aetna HMO and PPO – eligible the month following 60 days of employment -Eligible for 401K after 6 months of employment (company matches up to 4%) -PTO policy is 96 hours/year per the City Ordinance

Qualifications:

-Ideal candidate comes from an independent property with strong F&B background, as 2/3 of Revenue is from F&B

-Experience overseeing $40M annual revenue

-Luxury hotel experience at iconic property with fine-dining restaurant(s)

Responsibilities:

-Communication, developing teams, maintaining the highest standards of the physical property and service

-Control of finances and maximizing revenue

-Maintaining existing relationships, events and partnerships

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $250,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year
