Sign Estimator & Purchasing Manager- Full Time
Location: Los Angeles, CA, 90064
Seeking an Experienced Sign Estimator & Purchasing Manager for our Southern California operations.
We are seeking an individual with demonstrated expertise in all aspects of contractor bidding including takeoffs, generating timely RFIs and managing vendor and supplier relationships.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable and versatile with software systems, have excellent math and analytical skills, be qualified to read plans, interpret photographs and drawings, work on spreadsheets and word processing documents and be a team player.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for generating Estimates for signage projects. In that capacity, you would naturally have experience with reading and understanding bid requirements, submitting RFIs and bids as well as established relationships with materials and service vendors.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years sign industry experience
Minimum 3 years experience in sign estimating
Established relationships with Southern California Sign Suppliers and Vendors
Outstanding communication and negotiating skills
Dedication to excellence
Proficiency with math
Excellent organizational skills
Professional verbal and written communication skills
