**What we're looking for:**
**What Youll Do:**
* Prepare amazing food from scratch following our recipes to produce consistent results
* Complete your prep list, efficiently run your station during the shift, follow all specs, and stock food as needed
* Rinse and cut raw food products
* Portion all the products, follow recipes, and always make sure the plate presentation looks great
* Keep it clean! Follow the sanitization standards, make sure your work station stays clean and organized, and follow all of the food handling standards
**What we offer:**
Someone who loves cooking! You are consistent and have an eye for the important details. The ability to keep up in a fast paced environment is vital, and if you have prior experience to prove it, thats even better. Speaking and understanding English is a must. You are comfortable standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 50 pounds. Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
