The Charles Lea Center is Hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Benchmark Spartanburg - 2nd Rotating - PT - (303) Near Spartanburg, SC

Charles Lea Center in Spartanburg, SC is hiring Direct Support Professionals.

The DSP position earns a competitive wage of $14.06 per hour for 1st and 2nd shift; $15.06 for 3rd shift; and the Weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday) $15.06 for 1st & $16.06 for 3rd shift Weekends and a sign-on bonus of $500 - $1000 based on shift. Full- and part-time shifts are available. Flexible training is also available.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL

As a DSP, you support people with disabilities to live their best lives as independently as possible.

You support many areas of daily living such as medication administration, hygiene, grooming, shopping, meal preparation, and transportation as well as other community and employment skills as needed.

You find it very rewarding to help people with disabilities lead self-fulfilling lives!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 18 years of age
  • 10th grade depending on position
  • Ability to pass a background check upon hire
  • Valid driver's license
  • Basic computer skills
