Job SummaryUnder the clinical direction of the Director of Primary Care, provides primary services to agency clients/patients. Maintains required records and documentation. Translates complex processes or contents into more accessible forms. Job Qualifications Nurse Practitioner Qualifications: Must have a Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing and valid Ohio licenseMust have a current, full, active, and unrestricted license, or otherwise recognized, as an Adult Nurse PractitionerMust have current, full, active certification as a Nurse Practitioner from the American Nurses Association or another nationally recognized certifying body. [The certification must be in the specialty to which the individual is being appointed or selected.]Must be able to obtain a valid Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) licenseMust work within a Standard Care Arrangement.Primary Care Experience, preferredMay be required to travel between sites as necessary Physician Assistant Qualifications: Graduate of a PA training program or a surgical assistant program which is accredited by the ARC-PA or one of its predecessor organizations.Possess a minimum of a master's degree from an accredited PA training program or in another health sciences related field from an accredited college or university recognized by the US Department of Education.Current, full, active certification as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician's Assistants (PANCE) - OR - a recent PA graduate who is eligible to take the PANCEMust be able to obtain a valid Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) licenseMust work within a Standard Care Arrangement.Primary Care Experience, preferredMay be required to travel between sites as necessary. Physical Demands/Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional Clinical environment.
