As a Recreational Therapist you will be expected to perform the following:

• Establish, initiate, organize, and conduct the recreation therapy treatment program including leisure education, creative expression, outdoor education, physical activity, and community reintegration.
• Develops treatment plans.
• Provides recreational plan, training, and guidance to QBHP staff.
• Documentation of treatment according to The Centers policy.
• Maintains caseload to reach productivity goal.
• Presents court testimony on behalf of clients when required.
• Consults with school staff, parents, and others to plan and integrate services.
