Responsibilities include

• Oversight of day to day for food services and kitchen operations
• Regulatory compliance with all State and Federal regulations
• Understanding of healthcare and food service in the LTC setting
• Maintain compliance documentation.
• Hire, train & orient new staff
• Schedule staff
