We're looking for a Medical Receptionist with a strong medical background and a passion for providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional that's comfortable in a fast-paced medical environment, and is able to work independently when necessary. Our office is committed to making sure that every patient's needs are met and every customer is 100% satisfied, so communication skills are extremely important.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and greet patients.
- Perform clerical and administrative duties.
- Record appointments and follow-up on pending paperwork.
