Our hours may be flexible around your schedule (shifts are 7 am-3 pm, 3 pm-11 pm, or 11 pm-7 am). However, we can often accommodate partial shifts and varied days of the week.

The Center for Great Expectations is currently hiring Residential Associates to join our team! We are seeking kind and compassionate workers who are looking to gain experience in the field doing meaningful work. Some responsibilities entail assisting with daily living activities, providing transportation, facilitating conflict resolution, and assisting with admissions/discharges.

We offer the opportunity to be trained in providing trauma-informed direct care to adolescent and adult women and their children in a behavioral health setting.

In addition to a passion for providing empathetic care, candidates must be 21 years old, and have a valid driver's license. This is a great opportunity for those interested in direct care or pursuing degrees in social work, psychology, sociology, counseling, education, and other related majors.
