The Center for Developmental Disabilities, Inc is Hiring an Assistant Director of Children's Residence Near Long Island, NY

Some Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all children residing at CRP are receiving support that is consistent with state regulations.
  • To ensure proper training of staff.
  • Collaborate with department as well as other departments within the organization.
  • Ensure that the interior and exterior of CRP are clean, tidy, and well maintained.
  • Ensure that business and office procedures are completed timely and accurately.

The ideal candidate will have passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services field preferred.
  • Five years of supervisory experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
  • Knowledge of Federal, State, and OPWDD regulations as they pertain to the program.
