  • Provide tech support during Living School Online Gatherings & meetings.

Who you are:

  • You are familiar with Richard Rohr’s work and are interested in supporting contemplative education and practices.

  • You possess excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • You are a natural problem solver and take initiative in finding solutions.
  • You demonstrate a high attention to detail, the ability to manage changes, and possess strong organizational skills.
  • You have customer service experience or an equivalent background.
  • Your quality of work is accurate, thorough, and neat.
  • You take initiative and show creativity by encompassing the ability to carry out tasks independently, seek out assignments, and propose new ideas.
  • You demonstrate strong decision-making skills and exhibit the ability to make thoughtful judgment calls when needed.
  • You have a collaborative work style and respond positively to cross-functional and team driven projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 0-2 years of experience or 6 years of experience without a degree.
  • Task and light project management skills with the ability to create effective workflows.
  • Proven experience with databases, preferably Salesforce.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and technically proficient in using and building in Online Learning Platforms (Mighty Networks, Canvas, etc.).
  • Experienced with project management software (Asana preferred), Salesforce, FormAssembly, Zoom, or similar applications.

The physical requirements of the position include:
