Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender/Mixologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating unique and delicious cocktails while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Create innovative and visually appealing drink recipes
- Interact with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in bartending or mixology
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Knowledge of retail math for accurate sales transactions
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting
- Experience in the food industry is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Basic math skills for recipe measurements
