The Cat Care Clinic is a full service, feline only veterinary clinic that is looking for a receptionist/CSR. Our owner, Dr. Elaine Wexler-Mitchell is board certified in feline practice, one of approximately 84 veterinarians in the country with this distinction. We are located in the City of Orange right off the 55 & 91 freeways. We are a fast-pace 8-doctor clinic with a challenging caseload, in house lab, complex surgeries, digital dental x-ray, class IV laser, ultrasound, and echocardiogram unit. We utilize innovative technology including our paperless computer system.

We are open Monday through Friday from 7 am until 6 pm, Saturdays from 7:30 am until 4 pm, and Sundays from 8 am until 4pm. We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule. MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS

We are hiring for a full time receptionist who can multitask and is a strong team player with a minimum of one year veterinary receptionist experience (REQUIRED).

Responsibilities will include though not limited to: customer service, administrative office duties, and willing to performing exam room assistant duties. We are a client service based hospital and strong customer service skills are a must. Veterinary medical knowledge is a plus.
