The Cary Company is seeking an ambitious, energetic individual to support our Addison, IL office as a Storage Account Specialist.

Duties :

Manage Internal Aspects of a Small Set of 3PL Storage Account Customers :

This role involves overseeing and coordinating the internal operations related to a select group of third-party logistics (3PL) storage account customers.

Responsibilities include ensuring that all customer requirements are met efficiently. The focus is on providing tailored services to a small, manageable number of accounts, allowing for more personalized attention and service quality.

Develop Relationships Over Phone and Email to Support These Accounts :

Building and nurturing strong professional relationships with clients through regular communication. This includes using phone and email interactions to understand their needs, provide updates, resolve issues, and foster trust and loyalty.

Order Processing :

Includes verifying order details, ensuring accuracy in order processing, coordinating with other departments or partners for order preparation, and managing documentation.

The goal is to ensure that all orders are processed smoothly, accurately, and in a timely manner.

Follow-Up and Expedite Orders to Ensure On-Time Delivery :

The aim is to guarantee customer satisfaction through reliable and punctual delivery of services.

These duties combine operational management, customer service, and logistical coordination, requiring a blend of organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements :

Bachelors or Associates degree a plus

A strong work ethic with a positive can-do attitude and one who takes pride in the quality of their work

This position requires an individual who is self-directed and detail-oriented with an inquisitive nature and desire to solve problems
