RN - Registered Nurse - Evening and Night Shift

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse - RN.

** $39 to $46.90 per hour based on experience and shift **

** $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (22.5 hours/week)! **

** Available Shifts: 3p to 11p and 11p to 7a; Full and Part-Time **

** Very stable leadership and low turnover **

Registered Nurse - RN Qualifications:

• Current RN - Registered Nurse licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Current BLS certification.
• RN - Registered Nurse with at least 1 year of Long-Term Care experience.

Registered Nurse - RN Job Summary: 

• Assist in assessment and care planning for residents.
• Assist in coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units.
• Regular rounding on nursing units.
• Facilitate communication between licensed nurses and providers.
• Assure complete and accurate documentation through spot-checking and on-going supervision.
• Consult with Unit Managers in the provision of continuity of care to residents.
• Exercise hiring and terminating authority.
• Assist in ensuring adequate staffing for the nursing department.
• Assist in direct resident care and work as a staff nurse.
• Prepare/administer performance reviews for shift staff in consultation with unit managers.
