We're currently in search of an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our expanding team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in personal injury law and a demonstrated history of effectively navigating litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage personal injury cases comprehensively, from initial intake through to resolution, encompassing investigation, discovery, negotiation, and trial.
• Cultivate and sustain strong connections with clients, medical professionals, and other pertinent stakeholders.
• Conduct legal research to remain abreast of the latest developments in personal injury law.
• Advocate for clients in court proceedings, mediation, and settlement discussions.
• Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and appeals.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas.
• At least 3 years of experience in litigating personal injury cases.
• Must have experience in automobile, commercial truck and motorcycle accidents.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with adept multitasking abilities.
• Demonstrated success in resolving personal injury cases.
• Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
