The Caring Place is Hiring a Personal Care Aide Near Franklin, PA

Duties:
- Assist individuals in daily activities and routines
- Provide support and supervision to individuals in a residential setting
- Assist with heavy lifting and transferring of individuals as needed
- Administer medications according to prescribed guidelines
- Implement behavior management systems to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met
- Advocate for and uphold the rights of residents

Skills:
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects or individuals as required
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and protocols
- Strong understanding of behavior management techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Must have high school diploma/GED

- Pass a background check

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
