Duties and Responsibilities of an LPN:

• Plans and manages resident care according to each resident’s needs
• Interviews residents and records their medical history and physical condition
• Reviews medical charts
• Administers medication
• Provides wound care

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE required of an LPN:

• Certification: Current LPN license is required. CPR is a plus.
• Experience: Prior Healthcare or Long-Term Care experience is preferred.
