Responsibilities Include:

The SDC duties include staff education, documentation, services, and implementation of training schedules for staff in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree or greater from an accredited college
• Unencumbered RN license in the state in which we operate
• Staff development experience preferred
• LTC/SNF experience preferred
