• We are hiring an EXPERIENCED bartender/server.
• 4 shifts a week (Wed, Thurs, Fri & Sat).
• Qualified candidate must have food serving experience with appetizers, first course, entrees & dessert (experience with course by course ringing).
• Qualified candidate must have bartending experience that includes wine & martini knowledge.
• Shift is a 2pm start time, qualified candidate must be able to start at that time.
• 1 shift is serving tables in a section
• 3 shifts are bartending, serving dinner and drinks at the bar, along with making all the drinks for the servers. We are a very busy restaurant and bar with amazing food and drinks. This is not a "shot & beer" place. We have an extensive drink list with craft cocktails, seasonal cocktails & extensive wine list with everything offered by the glass or bottle.
• Training is a minimum of 2 weeks.
• Part of the interview process is a written quiz on a few drinks. Ingredients by ounce, & the specific process to make the drink. This part of the interview is crucial.
• There may also be a hands on drink making quiz
• Bartending & serving experience MUST be included on resume or cover letter

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $52.00 per hour
