Job Summary The Career Readiness Advisor for the Orfalea College of Business leads the planning and execution of activities focused on career preparation, networking, and career placement for approximately 150 graduate students. From providing personalized career counseling to fostering alumni connections and managing the Alumni Mentoring program, this role actively contributes to enhancing career opportunities and pathways for Orfalea graduate students. This position reports to the Senior Assistant Dean for Student Success, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and partners with Career Services to ensure the ongoing success of Orfalea's college-wide career readiness initiatives. |
