Job Summary

• Using Excel functions, formulas, and tools to query, drill, extract, and analyze large datasets, identify trends, and derive insights.
• Creating reports and dashboards to present findings and key metrics in a clear and understandable format.
• Monitor task lists and ensure actions are completed in a timely manner.
• Assist the EPaCE office and team members with daily tasks and ongoing projects.
• Effectively and professionally correspond with and provide customer service to both internal and external customers in a courteous and positive manner in person, via email, and phone.
• Assist with preparation for and setting up of special events.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or its equivalent. Four years of general office support or technical experience. (Training at a vocational school or full-time college education may be substituted for two years of the required experience on the basis of one year of college education for 6 months of experience)

Salary:

Anticipated Hiring Range: $21.23 - $23.35 per hour

Classification Range: $21.23 - $33.36 per hour
