Job Overview:
The Caliber Group, a brand marketing, public relations, and digital agency based in Tucson, AZ, is seeking an Account Executive to join its growing team. Caliber’s Account Executives are the campaign and/or project managers of client services within the agency. Account Executives maintain strong relationships with their clients and agency teams, focused on ensuring work moves through the agency on time, within budget, and meets objectives. A high level of communication, organization, time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail is essential for job success.
Overall Job Responsibilities
● Plans and manages client campaigns and/or projects, budgets, objectives, and results.
● Promotes the agency’s services, capabilities and culture among clients, the agency team, and within the Tucson community.
● Is an efficient and effective communicator, problem-solver, and team member.
● Brings a positive attitude to work every day towards every person/team.
Specific Job Duties (Including, But Not Limited To):
● Plans and manages client and agency campaigns and/or projects, budgets, production timelines, and results.
● Adjusts work/communication style with clients and agency team members as needed to build strong working relationships that produce results.
● Masters the agency workflow process and continually offers solutions to evolve it into what works best for our agency and clients.
● Leads agency team work on projects while balancing agency process, procedures, and budget needs.
● Becomes an expert on client and agency business/industry trends.
● Continually reviews campaign/project timelines and monitors due dates to provide deliverables to the client and receives client feedback and approvals to move projects forward on time.
● Creates client meeting reports, creative briefs, marketing briefs, and other process documents when needed to help team members work efficiently.
● Analyzes digital marketing metrics and/or prepares metrics reports linked to client KPIs.
● Effectively manages time and utilization goals each month, including entering daily timesheets.
● Develops a thorough understanding and knowledge of all agency services and costs (branding, digital marketing, public relations, social media, website, etc.).
● Becomes the expert on our clients’ brands, business needs, and marketing strategies.
● Fosters and promotes agency culture among current and future employees.
● Promotes Caliber’s brand and capabilities to target audiences.
● Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.
Job Requirements
● Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or Related Degree.
● Minimum 5 years of experience managing integrated marketing and digital campaigns/ projects, and budgets.
● Experience using digital marketing and metrics software (GA4, SEM Rush, etc.); Asana; Zoom; Google Docs/Sheets; Dropbox; Excel; Word, etc.
● Ability to conduct effective conversations with clients and team members.
● Excellent written communications, copywriting, and editing skills.
● Ability to plan, multi-task, demonstrate attention to detail, and manage the workflow of multiple team members.
