The Buoy CDA is looking to fill 1 position for an AGM. This role is a vital part of the entire team and environment of The Buoy, this will require many things, but mainly a great commitment to a large ecosystem of quality food and service. We achieve consistently fast tickets times with high volumes, performing 100% is needed every day of the week, as a seasonal business it is performing at maximum every minute of the day, from helping employees to making customers smile. AGM title will have many evolving and adapting expectations throughout the summer, we are looking for someone who can keep a good composure and attitude while being able to think of future problems and solutions all with a never-ending line of customers and tasks. This role will be a great feat but a commitment and passion for not just restaurant industry but also Leadership is going to be needed to maintain job morale and happiness. We need someone who loves The Buoy and wants to be a part of the community and a local business. Expectations and responsibilities for the job will evolve and grow as the position solidifies, starting simply will be to guarantee showing up any and every day of the week with a great attitude, a mentality to lead and take control, and a hustle to keep The Buoy afloat! This role is an important role and should be taken seriously as it will have a crew between 20-40 all looking up and finding guidance from this soon to be leader, having a positive mentality towards customers, coworkers, and superiors alike will be required.
