The Budd group is currently searching for a manager to oversee the 2nd shift operations in an industrial setting in Lebanon, TN. The right candidate will be people-minded and have strong communication skills, sharing information clearly and frequently.
They will be someone who can problem solve and be able to work Monday-Thursday 2:30 pm-1 am. No previous experience is needed in the janitorial world! We'll teach you!! We just need someone who is proven a leader.
Candidates that come from an industrial or restaurant environment will find a natural fit in this role.
Schedule:
  • Monday - Thursday: 2:30 pm - 1:00 am
Specific responsibilities include:
  • Scheduling of all account personnel
  • Establishing work standards
  • Conducting site evaluations/audits
  • Overall inventory/equipment usage
  • Budget control
  • Troubleshooting/problem-solving
  • Orientation/training of supervisory and support personnel
  • Safety compliance
  • Customer relations
  • Special project work as requested
  • This individual will also ensure that all managed services are being provided in a proper and cost-effective manner.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Ensures that service delivery is consistent with the highest quality of standards within our organization.
  • Maintains employee personnel records for administrative compliance.
  • Plans, organizes, coordinates, executes and supervises functions of janitorial operations on their shift.
  • Establishes workflow processes and standards.
  • Ensures that environmental procedures are being maintained in accordance with Local, State, Federal, and Company requirements.
