To succeed, you should be able to lead a team to:

• Manage team members, while working server, or bar shifts
• Responsible for counting money each shift
• Pay out tips to servers at end of shift
• Deliver great food, and cocktails prepared to company standards
• Ensure adherence to all food safety standards
• Place, receive, and store weekly orders for bar supplies, alcohol, and beer
• Maintain outstanding Front of house cleanliness and organization
• Participate in weekly/monthly inventories
• Maintain budgeted beer, and liquor cost
• Write weekly kitchen schedules
• Manage shifts to meet budgeted labor standards
