We at The Branches of Marlborough are looking for a compassionate CNA / HHA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant / Home Health Aide, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

What is our need :

Part-Time Week Days & Weekends : 7am-3pm , 3pm - 11pm & 11pm-7am

Competitive Pay : Starting at $19.00

CNA / HHA Duties & Responsibilities :

Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.

Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.

Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.

Other duties as needed.

CNA / HHA Requirements :

Valid CNA-HHA license or certificate required.

Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment (e.g., ADLs and introductory visits)

Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
