We at The Branches of Marlborough are looking for a compassionate CNA / HHA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant / Home Health Aide , your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

What is our need :

Part-Time Week Days & Weekends : 7am-3pm , 3pm - 11pm & 11pm-7am

Competitive Pay : Starting at $19.00

CNA / HHA Duties & Responsibilities :

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Job Requirements

CNA / HHA Requirements :

• Valid CNA-HHA license or certificate required.
• Prior experience in an assisted living community. Memory care experience is preferred.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
• Willingness to learn!
