Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. Your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems will be crucial in performing repairs, troubleshooting issues, and conducting preventive maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Diagnose issues using logic controllers and other diagnostic tools
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Fabricate and weld components as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or a related field
- Strong mechanical knowledge and skills
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Basic leadership skills to guide and assist other team members
- Familiarity with CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
