Responsibilities:

What your day might look like:

· Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting, and plumbing duties

· Install, repair, appliances and HVAC (certifications required)

· Participate in the overall upkeep of the community as well as conducting regular preventative maintenance in units.

· Maintain company safety standards

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Experience:

• Property Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Certified Pool Operator (Preferred)
• EAP Type I & II or Universal (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Springfield, MO: Relocate before starting work (Required)
