We are looking for a full-time person that has a previous knowledge working with animals and how to handle them in a safe environment and professional manner. A successful candidate for this position will be someone who not only embraces this culture, but is a team player, self motivated, takes direction well, has excellent communication skills and great attention to detail. Principle duties include, handling check-in and check-outs, selling our products and services according to each clients needs, greeting all guests, clients, vendors and handling any general inquiries about the business.

Job Expectations & Duties:

• Hours are Monday thru Friday 10 am to 7 pm for this position.
• Looking for candidates with previous experience in a dog daycare setting and we will train and offer continuing educational programs to further yourself in this field as needed.
• Manage cash, check and credit card transactions, deposits and batching credit card machine daily.
• Get to know clients and their pet's name on a regular basis and greet them.
• Obtain all information related to a pet's visit; ensuring accuracy of all information of both the pet and pet parent.
• Ability to maintain control of a large group of dogs (30-40 daily).
• Ensure the facility meets and exceeds a clean and safe environment at all times.
• Interact and communicate closely with other staff and management to ensure clients and pets needs or concerns are understood and addressed.
• Ability to communicate with your team and management
• Obtain vaccination records from veterinary offices or clients and input into our computer software program.
• Must be able to work under certain conditions that require sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing and grasping. (lifting up to 60 lbs)
• Team work skills and willingness to assist other staff members in different areas as necessary.

• Must have excellent customer service skills, a professional attitude and appearance
• Must be cheerful, punctual, reliable and dependable and the willingness to learn new skills as we grow as a small business
