As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, skilled, and palliative patient care to our home-bound clients. You will assess patient conditions, monitor progress toward goals, and provide patient care, education, and other skilled interventions as ordered. Adherence to the State Nurse Practice Act, agency policy, and accepted professional standards of practice is paramount. Utilizing a comprehensive base of nursing theory and the nursing process, you will communicate and document observations and assessments effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide client education tailored to individual needs and within the context of the client's environment, value system, and physical/emotional status.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Report significant changes in client status to the physician and other team members promptly and consistently with client needs.
• Maintain systematic client records documenting assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.

Requirements:

• Current license as a Registered Nurse in NM.
• CPR certification.
• Homecare/Hospice experience preferred.
