Who do we need?

Trimmers at our company are an essential part of the cultivation operation. In addition to trimming and producing prerolls for the retail stores, trimmers may be asked to assist with special projects around the grow as needed or directed by the Head Cultivation Manager. The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. This may include reaching, lifting, the ability to remain stationary for long periods, and transporting boxes and totes of up to 25 lbs across the facility for various reasons.

Qualifications

• Must be able to show up to work on time, and sober

• Must be over 21 years of age and able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be vaccinated
• Deming, New Mexico: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)
