Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Leesburg
Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will interact with customers by answering phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing product and service information. The CSR will also answer product-related questions, process orders, and coordinate delivery dates. The CSR will work with a variety of customers in the warehouse and in the field.
Essential Job Functions:
·Answer customer inquiries and provide customer service support.
·Answer product-related questions, process orders, and schedule delivery dates.
·Communicate with customers by phone, email, or in person to answer any questions or to provide information about products or services.
·Process orders and ensure that all customer information is entered into the system and delivered to the proper location.
·Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
·Collaborate with other CSRs to improve customer service skills.
·Other duties as assigned.
·Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
·Customer service orientation; ability to adapt and respond to different types of personalities.
·Effective communication skills; ability to follow through on commitments; ability to multi-task.
·Ability to work independently with little supervision; ability to prioritize work load; ability to manage time effectively for various projects and tasks.
·Problem solving skills; ability to identify and resolve customer complaints; ability to develop positive relationships with customers.
·Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word & Excel.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
