Here is what we will ask you to do:
- Responsible for Answering/Responding to all incoming inquiries through calls, texts, and emails
- Work within an intuitive CRM system and database management (sales pipeline)
- Prospecting and nurturing new leads to Match with Outside Sales Agents
- Maintain Relationships with Past Clients
- Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Candidates must be organized, detailed and people-oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Candidates must be computer savvy and able to learn various computer programs and internet-based software
MUST HAVE A VALID MARYLAND REAL ESTATE LICENSE!
