- Perform steps of service for all guests
- Greet guests, check ids (verify legal drinking age for consuming alcohol)
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations and safe food handling
- Anticipate guests needs and execute requests
- Clean and maintain sanitation standards for service station areas and equipment and the floor
- Complete assigned daily side work
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
Minimum of 1 year experience required (preferably in high volume restaurant).
Requires knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
Ability to operate Point of Sale system (Aloha)
Handle cash and process credit cards
