POSITION TITLE:  Director of Volleyball Ops
COMPENSATION RANGE: 55,068.00 - 55,068.00 USD per year

Position Summary

Provide volleyball program with day to day operational needs including team travel preparation, recruiting needs, special events, camps and all other duties as assigned.

Job Duties

Coordinate all travel plans for team trips.
Work with marketing staff to coordinate all special events during home matches and other annual events.
Keep updated player and alumni information/phone numbers/email addresses.
Coordinate compliance paperwork for staff.
Coordinate coach and student-athlete uniforms and gear
Camps and clinics coordinator.
Create newsletters and coordinate social media efforts.
Coordinate home match meals and preseason meals.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Education:
Director of Operations must have a bachelor’s degree and preferably experience on staff (coach or operations) with a college volleyball program. Also prefer NCAA rules knowledge.

2. Experience:
Prefer collegiate volleyball playing experience as well as experience at NCAA Division I institution.

3. Certification/Registration/Licensing:
N/A

This position is contingent on funding from the Colorado State Legislature, approval by the Board of Trustees, and subject to the policies and regulations of the University of Northern Colorado.
