Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Service Apprentice Plumber. This position is based in Bentonville, Arkansas, and offers an excellent opportunity for someone eager to start a career in the plumbing industry, particularly in the service sector. As a Service Apprentice Plumber, you will work closely with experienced technicians to provide maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting services for residential and commercial plumbing systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with Service Calls: Accompany experienced plumbers on service calls to diagnose and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures.

2. Learn Troubleshooting Techniques: Gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting plumbing systems to identify the root cause of problems and determine the appropriate solutions.

3. Perform Basic Repairs: Assist in performing basic plumbing repairs, including pipe replacements, fixture installations, and clearing drain obstructions.

4. Provide Customer Service: Interact with customers professionally and courteously, addressing their concerns and providing information about plumbing services as needed.

5. Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to ensure personal safety and the safety of colleagues and customers at all times.

Requirements:

1. High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or GED is required for this position.

2. Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.

3. Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy objects, work in tight spaces, and perform physical tasks associated with plumbing service work.

4. Mechanical Aptitude: Basic understanding of plumbing systems and mechanical components is preferred.

5. Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
