RN's up to $35.50/hour and LPN's up to $33/hour

Specific Duties:
Responsible for making rounds to observe and evaluate physical, emotional and social needs of residents
Prepares and administers medications charts as required
Administers treatments
- Consults with physicians
- Communicates with director of nursing and staff
- Long term care experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in nursing in a long term care environment preferred
Must be a Licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed in Arkansas (or a compact state)
Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills
Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
- Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills
