Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Assisted Living LPN to join our team. As an Assisted Living LPN, you will provide essential care and support to residents in our assisted living facility. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals in need of assistance.

Duties:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, faxing, pharmacy communication.
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of residents
- Respond to emergency situations promptly and appropriately

Requirements:
- BLS/CPR certification
- Understanding common medical conditions
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Eldermark or Yardi
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
