We have an immediate need for a Assisted Living Memory Care Director/Assistant Director of Wellness (LPN)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide organizational structure and ensure effective and efficient operations within the
  memory care department.
• Implement a structured, daily activity program that is appropriate for persons with
  Alzheimer's Disease.
• Care planning and assessments of residents.

Education/Experience/ Licensure/Certification

• Bachelor's degree from accredited nursing college or university
• Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
• 2 years of experience with the Geriatric population
• Knowledge of Alzheimer Disease and related memory impairments
• CPR, First Aid
