The Bienstock Group is Hiring a Real Estate Operations Manager Near Los Angeles, CA

We're looking for an experienced director of sales and operations to lead our high-producing real estate agents and team, and to manage and direct the growth of our real estate company.

  • This is a high-level leadership role where you will support the lead agent, the team and manage operations and grow all sales
  • You're highly resourceful, a self-starter, and can take an idea and make it a reality using business knowledge and research.
  • You are decisive and a decision-maker.
  • You are proactive - You're a get-stuff-done type of person, you’ve been told you have a large capacity to manage and complete projects.
  • You are systems and process-oriented and you easily remove obstacles and inefficiencies.
  • You can lead the admin and sales team on track to hit and then exceed their goals. You understand that you’re a leader in the business and that this role requires more than checking off tasks.

Team building and management skills are required. Experience with residential real estate is great but not required. Must have strong academic credentials and excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills. You will also help maintain relationships with the company’s clients, vendors, and team members, and perform other ad hoc projects as requested.

Compensation:

$90,000

Responsibilities:

Essential Functions

  • Provide day-to-day leadership, management, effect growth initiatives to a real estate service organization that mirrors the adopted mission and core values of the company.
  • Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow, and business goals and objectives
  • Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external. Provide timely, accurate, and complete reports on the operating condition of the company
  • Spearhead the development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the effective growth objectives of our organization
  • Motivate and lead a high-performance admin and sales team; attract, recruit and retain required members of both the admin and sales team not currently in place; provide mentoring to develop the team
  • Act as lead “client-care officer” through direct contact with clients and partners
  • Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company
  • Represent the firm with clients, vendors, and business partners

Responsibilities of the position will include, but not be limited to:

  • Long-term strategic operational planning
  • Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
  • Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
  • Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of the team (marketing, sales, administration).
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
  • Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
  • Manage relationships with partners/vendors
Qualifications:

  • Effective Leadership Skills
  • Broad-based management exposure
  • Experience with growing companies
  • Proven experience as COO, sales director, or relevant role
  • Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, recruiting, etc.
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning, business development and growth
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office
  • Ability to manage a CRM
