Job Description

This fast-paced position involves a variety of tasks – from hands-on organizing that includes packing boxes and carrying them up and down stairs to communicating with our vendors to help our clients move smoothly. If you LOVE organizing, possibly have an eye for home staging, have excellent problem-solving skills, and enjoy helping people, this might be the job for you.

This is a full-time position at 32 hours per week in SE Michigan.

Responsibilities:

Move Coordination and Organization

• Organize information within individual projects, with special attention to the personal needs and styles of the client.
• Facilitate and coordinate with vendors, clients, and Betty Brigade team to effectively communicate quickly and effectively under established company policies.
• Keep an accurate schedule of vendor coordination with the Betty Brigade team to ensure timelines are met, and the job is done right according to our standards and the client’s needs
• Demonstrate ability to lift and carry household items and furniture, up to 40 pounds, repetitively, both in single-story and multi-story locations.
• Willingness to be trained in and practice standardized packing techniques to ensure quality and customer service.
• Traveling to different work locations daily.

Qualifications:

• Computer skills and/or willingness to learn online scheduling system and timesheet management
• Love working and interacting with people
• Punctual and reliable – arrive at work on time
• Strong attention to detail in all tasks
• Available to work Monday- Friday 8am- 7pm
• Have your own vehicle to use throughout your shift
• Can pass a background check, with two or less points on driving record
• Have access to your cell phone throughout your shift
• Adhere to our non-smoking policy and dress code
