We are looking for a dynamic Associate Online Storefront Manager to join our Smartpress team. You’ll be part of a talented group that collaborates to deliver world class products and service to our customers. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Online Storefront Managers and clients to grasp project requirements, working in tandem with technical teams to translate these needs into the development or enhancement of online storefronts. With a focus on clear communication, meticulous attention to detail, and ensuring timely completion of tasks, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client experiences. This role also presents opportunities for learning and growth, including the acquisition of skills in project management, with a potential pathway to advancement as an Online Storefront Manager.

Shifts available: Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (hybrid work environment between office and remote working locations)

• a Bachelors degree in Marketing or related degree or equivalent work experience
• proven customer service skills (required)

On top of that you must:

• be driven to constantly push beyond industry standards to assist in positioning Smartpress as the leading brand in online print and the creative professional market
• have a creative mind, be a natural storyteller and have an interest in concepting
• have the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• understand and maintain the confidential nature of company, employee and customer information
• complete miscellaneous projects as assigned by management

In this position you'll:

• collaborate with Online Storefront Managers and clients to fully understand project requirements for creating or updating online storefronts.
• attend meetings and document decisions and outcomes from these meetings
• partner effectively with technical teams to translate client needs into actionable plans for storefront development or enhancement.
• provide clear and concise communication throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and understanding among all team members.
• maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in deliverables.
• ensure all tasks and deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
• uphold a commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences at every stage of the project.
• assist team members by being adaptable and ready to contribute to projects and tasks requiring prompt completion.
• embrace opportunities for learning and skill development, particularly in areas such as project management, to support career growth.
• perform additional duties as required by management.
